How to submit your manuscript to the SAARC Journal of TB, Lung Disease and HIV/AIDS through Online:
We have introduced our new online article submission on our website with the aim of streamlining the process for submission of articles and providing better, quicker information to all.
We would like to invite all authors who want to submit a paper to the SAARC Journal of TB Lung Diseases and HIV/AIDS to do so online via our website: http://www.saarctb.com.np
To use the system, you must first register – to do this, please follow the instructions below:
You will be prompted to “Sign in” for entering into the site by giving User ID and Password if an account already exists for you.
Similarly if you are a new user of this site, please “Sign Up” by clicking sign up, and go through the process by completing the format you see on the screen and register yourself on the website.
After successful completion of registration format, you will be informed through your e-mail and to click on the link where the site of submission of article will be open and complete the process for submission of Article (first time only). Later, you can directly “Sign In” on the website by giving your user ID and Password.
Click on “Online Submission of Article for SJTLDH”
Give User ID and Password and click on “login”
Give Type of Article (Original Article, Review Article, Short Communication etc.) Title of Article and Name of Author and Co-authors and click on the icon “Click”
You will see the screen for submission of article according the type of Article. For original article all components of article should be copied (only Word format, not PDF format) one by one and save one by one by clicking the “Save…….” . For other type of articles submit as per instruction and components on the screen.
For inserting image, up to 4 x 6 inches (in GIF, JPEG format) insert by clicking “Insert/edit Image” which is available as a menu on the site where you paste your article. Give details of Image as the computer format ask you to complete. (For example – place the cursor where you want to insert image, click on “Insert/edit Image” menu at the menu bar and follow the instructions given.
After completion of submission of all components, only for the original article click on “Click Here”. This icon should be clicked only after completion of submission of full article.
Your will get an Acknowledgement in your e-mail address, which is given by you at the time of Sign Up (i. e. opening of an account to be a Member).
You will be intimated regarding acceptance of your article for publication within four months.
