19th meeting of the Governing Board of STAC held from 28th to 29th October 2009 in Kathmandu. The Board Members from Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka, SAARC Secretariat, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Nepal and Director, STAC took part in the meeting. The Board reviewed the progress made by the Centre in 2009 and recommended the Programmes and Budget for 2010.
